Lau is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Orb Associates, which has its head office base in Singapore and owns offices in Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar and Vietnam. He has over 20 years of experience as an Interior Designer and oversees the creativity aspect of the design studio.
